In 2007, a Tentative Site Plan was engineered specifically on Parcel 017 (100.43 Acres) featuring a 195 single family subdivision rightfully named the VICTORIA KNOLLS SUBDIVISION. Although extensive research and engineering have been conducted, no physical improvements have been made.
Sharrah Dunlap Sawyer, Inc. a local engineering firm has conducted extensive research on the Victoria Knolls Subdivision in 2005-2010. Archived Studies Include: Arborist Report, Traffic Impact Analysis, Biological Resource Assessment, Archaeological Evaluation, Storm Drain and On/Off Site Cost Estimations etc.
