Attentive, an excellent listener and passionate about Redding are a few of the words to describe Jason. As a realtor raised in Redding, CA, Jason offers a collective 20 years of real estate and sales experience. Driven to find the right home for you, he takes a collaborative approach in the home buying process. Because he also lived in the Bay Area, he offers the know-how to buyers moving North and the benefits of relocating to Redding.

 

In addition to working as an agent, he has multiple investment properties and experience in real estate photography. His investment properties range from multi-family to single family homes from the Bay Area, Sacramento and locally here in Redding. He knows what it takes to showcase properties within a challenging market and see them sold for top dollar.

 

An advocate for Redding and everything it has to offer, Jason facilitates the "Redding – The Good Life” Facebook Group spotlighting incredible businesses, trails and things to do throughout the area. In his free time, you’ll find him boating, hiking and visiting waterfalls and enjoying many of the restaurants and small businesses around town. He is married to his wife Amy and they have two sons, Tanner and Ryan.
